IMPORTANT  MEDICAL  INFORMATION  TO CONSIDER
REGARDING THIS PROPERTY

In my research, I have noticed some rural properties rather far out, you must cross a railroad track to go do most anything. Likewise in town, but you have an option in town of choosing a different route.

I would like to point out that my property is located where you DO NOT have to cross a railroad track in order to get to a hospital (especially the Texas Medical Center), doctor (or schools, shopping, dining, the college, or local entertainment for that matter).

This would be an important factor if you have children or if you are purchasing the Second Home for family that needs to go to the doctor/hospital regularly, as did my Aunt and Uncle. Sometimes they went as much as six to eight times a month. For me or the ambulance to have caught a train on some of those occasions would have made a crucial difference.
